MiR – The future of intralogistics
MiR, short for Mobile Industrial Robots, is a Danish developer and manufacturer of autonomous mobile robots (AMR). These robots play a key role in modern Industry 4.0 by optimising the flow of materials in warehouse and production environments and making them more efficient. Thanks to their versatility and innovative technologies, MiR robots contribute significantly to the rationalisation of internal transport processes.
The advantages of MiR robots for Industry 4.0
Increasing efficiency and reducing costs
MiR's driverless transport systems perform internal transport tasks, such as moving loads of up to 1350 kg. They are designed to optimise logistics processes by delivering goods and materials to the right places on time and as required. This saves time and reduces operating costs.
Flexibility and adaptability
One highlight of the MiR robots is their exceptional versatility. They can be equipped with various add-on modules such as containers, shelves, lifting devices and conveyor belts. MiR offers the right solution for every application.
Secure and collaborative technology
Autonomous mobile robots from MiR are equipped with the latest laser scanner technology, which enables them to navigate safely and flexibly between people and obstacles. They work collaboratively in the vicinity of employees and always maintain safe distances to avoid collisions.
Fast integration and simple operation
A major advantage of automation using MiR robots is that they are easy to implement in existing systems. Thanks to their in-built sensors and intelligent software, they do not require any additional infrastructure measures such as induction loops or guidelines. They are set up and programmed using an intuitive user interface.
Higher employee satisfaction
The use of autonomous mobile robots makes work easier. They take on heavy loads and thus also relieve the strain on health. The assumption of repetitive tasks by AMR also increases employee satisfaction because they can concentrate on more value-adding tasks.

MiR Fleet: cloud-based control software
With MiR Fleet, you can control up to 100 driverless vehicles at the same time. This allows you to monitor, reprogramme and control all AMRs in use from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. The software assigns jobs to the robots, sends them to the charging station if required and prioritises the various jobs in the queue.
MiR Fleet is operated via a web-based interface and therefore works with tablets, PCs and mobile devices. The control programme also supports the creation of maps, which teach the robots to navigate independently.

The perfect solution for modern warehouse and production environments
MiR robots are ideal for companies that prioritise flexibility and efficiency. They allow internal logistics processes to be digitalised and adaptable, enabling the industry to better adapt to the ever-changing demands of Industry 4.0. With their flexible add-on modules and safe technology, transport robots are a long-term and scalable solution for almost any industrial environment.
The robots from Mobile Industrial Robots are the next step towards a connected and automated future where safety, efficiency and adaptability take centre stage.
