Two variants for different requirements

The T600 series offers two different versions: The PUDU T600 (standard version) features a touchscreen, ergonomic handle and control buttons for tasks that occasionally require manual intervention. The PUDU T600 Underride is a flat chassis AMR that autonomously positions itself under shelves, lifts them and transports them with precision – ideal for automated shelf-to-line processes with high storage density.

 

Intelligent lift control for multi-storey buildings

In buildings with multiple floors and multiple lifts, the T600 uses a real-time scheduling system that prioritises available lifts. The queuing system minimises waiting times and significantly improves delivery speed between floors – especially during peak hours.

 

VSLAM + LiDAR navigation: Ensures precise orientation and flexible adaptation to changing production and warehouse layouts – even with heavy loads of up to 600 kg.

 

Multimodal interaction: Equipped with high-brightness operating indicator lights, customisable buttons and audible warning signals for effective communication.

 

Comprehensive safety features: Complies with the ISO 3691-4 standard and is equipped with LiDAR sensors, depth cameras, collision protection sensors and emergency stop switches.

 

VDA5050 interface: Enables standardised communication with fleet managers and higher-level control systems for cross-manufacturer multi-AMR operation.
