Efficient order picking and precise order processing

The Zebra Flex Guide robot offers up to two interactive touchscreens, a barcode scanner and an NFC reader for fast, contactless registration. The highlight of the driverless transport system is the integrated LED light bars in the shelf supports, which guide staff to the correct side of the aisle for the target stock and indicate the priority of the removal process. The innovative LEDs also act as 'put-to-light' illumination, increasing the accuracy of order processing for each customer.

The open shelf design allows loading and unloading on both sides of the robot. It also enables two-sided picking for two pickers or one picker with robot rotation. The integrated USB hub has 4 ports and enables easy connection of your own peripheral devices, such as printers, which supports flexibility and adaptability in the work processes.

The flexible storage system also offers adjustable shelves. This allows the shelving system to be flexibly adapted to different combinations of containers, crates and boxes. This not only creates more capacity, but also makes it possible to meet different requirements in the warehouse.
