Advantages of the PUDU BG1 Series Over Traditional Cleaning Methods
Cost savings through automation
With a cleaning capacity of up to 2,000 m²/h in area mode and 6,000 m²/h in AI-assisted spot cleaning mode, a single BG1 can handle the workload that would traditionally require several cleaning staff working in shifts. This significantly reduces staff costs without compromising on cleaning coverage.
Consistently high cleaning standards around the clock
Unlike human cleaning staff, the BG1 never tires. Thanks to its automatic docking station for water, cleaning agents and electricity, it is ready for use 24/7 and delivers the same thorough performance with every pass – from early morning right through to the night shift.
Smart AI-powered cleaning instead of rigid cleaning schedules
The integrated AI detects stains and dirt in real time, automatically adjusts brush pressure and the amount of cleaning agent to the level of soiling, and immediately reduces the sweeping modules when it detects moisture to prevent dirt from being spread. Using dirt heatmaps from previous cleaning cycles, problem areas are targeted and cleaned more quickly – ensuring traceable, data-driven cleaning quality rather than relying on gut instinct.
Resource efficiency through automatic dosing
Two separate detergent tanks with a combined capacity of 7 litres mix detergents with millilitre precision and in real time – from acid and alkali cleaners to disinfectants and polishes. This prevents over- or under-dosing, reduces chemical consumption and, thanks to the large water tank capacity of 75 litres for fresh water and 60 litres for waste water, keeps operating costs down.
Please note: Do not use ordinary household cleaning products or heavily foaming cleaning agents. These are generally not suitable for professional scrubber-dryer robots such as the PUDU BG1 series, as excessive foaming can impair the absorption of dirty water, reduce cleaning performance and increase maintenance requirements. To ensure safe and cost-effective operation, you should therefore only use suitable, machine-compatible and low-foaming cleaning agents.
Minimal maintenance required
The BG1 is the world’s first cleaning robot with automatic windscreen brush fitting. Combined with the tool-free plug-in system for all wear parts, daily maintenance takes less than a minute – with no need for specialist technical staff.
