With the PUDU CC1 Pro Disc, PUDU Robotics is expanding the CC1 range with a new model specialising in deep cleaning: two high-speed disc brushes operate with a constant contact pressure of 25 kg, reliably removing even stubborn stains and dirt from hard floors. Combined with AI-powered cleaning control, a minimum clearance width of just 68 cm and a quick-change brush system, the CC1 Pro Disc is ideally suited to environments where thorough cleaning is required in confined, high-traffic areas – such as supermarkets, retail spaces or healthcare facilities.

Deep cleaning using dual-disc brush technology

The two high-speed disc brushes operate with a constant contact pressure of 25 kg, thereby achieving a cleaning performance that significantly outperforms traditional single-disc machines or manual cleaning. Burnt-on grime, grease stains and stubborn dirt are reliably removed without the need for cleaning staff to carry out any manual follow-up work.

 

Full manoeuvrability in the tightest of spaces

With a minimum clearance width of just 68 cm, the CC1 Pro Disc manoeuvres effortlessly between shopping trolleys, boxes, rows of shelves and moving obstacles whilst in operation – ideal for retail spaces where customers are moving about at the same time.

 

AI Magic Cleaning for data-driven cleaning quality

Using AI-powered image recognition, the robot detects liquid spills such as spilled coffee or puddles of water in real time and cleans them specifically – with a spot-cleaning capacity of up to 3,000 m²/h. A world-first rear-facing AI camera also monitors the cleaning quality after each pass, detects any remaining dirt and automatically initiates a follow-up clean. Clean areas are cleaned in Eco mode, whilst heavily soiled areas are automatically cleaned in Intensive mode – this saves water and energy without compromising cleaning quality.

 

Minimal downtime thanks to quick-change brushes

The magnetic quick-change mounting system for the disc brushes allows for alignment, fitting and removal in no time at all. The robot also supports various types of brushes and pads for different floor coverings and levels of soiling – maintenance requirements and changeover times between cleaning cycles are significantly reduced.

 

Safe operation in busy environments

The AI-powered perception system reliably detects static and dynamic obstacles such as handrails, warning signs, shopping trolleys and barrier tape, and automatically navigates around them. Carpeted areas are detected and excluded from wet cleaning – ensuring maximum coverage without any operating errors.

 

Fully automated operation thanks to the workstation

When used in conjunction with the optional workstation, the CC1 Pro Disc fills and empties its water tanks automatically, refills automatically and even cleans its own cleaning components – ensuring continuous, low-staff cleaning operations.

The CC1 Pro Disc is not an upgraded version, but a targeted addition to the PUDU fleet designed for a specific application profile:

  • PUDU BG1 really comes into its own on large, contiguous areas: with its single-pass sweep-and-scrub technology and significantly larger water tanks, it is designed for industrial, logistics and large retail premises where throughput and operating time are key priorities.
