3D sweeping robot for complex large-area environments
The PUDU MT1 Max is the latest generation of the proven MT1 series and was specially developed for the challenges of complex large-area environments. With 3D LiDAR technology, dual-chip architecture and a completely redesigned safety system, it easily masters demanding indoor and outdoor areas such as underground car parks, multi-storey car parks and semi-open building atriums. Its next-generation AI-powered 3D perception sets new standards for large-scale autonomous cleaning.
Underground car parks and multi-storey car parks
The MT1 Max is ideally designed for multi-storey car parks and underground car parks. Its 3D perception enables precise navigation between parked vehicles, while the intelligent avoidance system ensures safety in flowing traffic.
Industrial halls and production facilities
In large production halls, the MT1 Max reliably removes dust, production waste and packaging residues without disrupting ongoing operations. Automatic filter cleaning ensures consistently high suction power even during dust-intensive production processes.
Airports and transport hubs
Airport terminals, underground stations and railway stations benefit from the extended cleaning capacity of up to 7,000 m²/h in spot cleaning mode. The 3D navigation system effortlessly masters complex layouts and heavily frequented areas.
Logistics centres and warehouses
The 35-litre waste container and 70 cm cleaning width make the MT1 Max the perfect solution for large storage areas of up to 100,000 square metres. The adaptive AI recognises different levels of soiling and automatically optimises the cleaning strategy.
Semi-open building atriums and outdoor areas
Thanks to IP54 protection and rain avoidance, the MT1 Max also masters semi-open areas such as covered shopping arcades or building atriums. The water drop sensor detects moisture early on and reliably protects the electronics.
Shopping centres and retail
With its intelligent obstacle avoidance, the MT1 Max navigates safely through busy shopping areas. AI-supported waste detection identifies everything from cigarette butts to drink bottles in real time.

3D perception system for complex environments
Equipped with 3D LiDAR and multi-sensor fusion, the MT1 Max captures complex environments with centimetre-level accuracy. It detects objects at a distance of up to 150 metres and navigates reliably even under high ceilings, at night or in areas with strong interference – for safe cleaning even under the most demanding conditions.
Completely improved obstacle avoidance system
The MT1 Max features intelligent avoidance behaviour with differentiated strategies: the robot stops to let vehicles pass, pauses at driveways or moves sideways while keeping the route clear. It reacts instantly to sudden movements or crossing animals, ensuring maximum safety in dynamic environments. In addition, the MT1 Max is designed to be easily recognisable at night and is therefore equipped with a new 1.2 m high warning light.
Dual-chip architecture for doubled AI performance
The dual-chip architecture increases computing power and enables faster detection, more efficient calculations and stable performance even under high loads. Hardware-software integration enables adaptive cleaning strategies that automatically adjust to the intensity of dirt – light debris triggers automatic power reduction, while heavy dirt increases power for thorough cleaning.
Automatic filter cleaning for low-maintenance operation
The MT1 Max features an internal vibration system that keeps the filters clean in real time. This maintains suction and filter efficiency over time, extends component life and dramatically reduces the need for frequent manual maintenance – for maximum productivity with minimal downtime.
Multidimensional safety with IP54 protection
Full IP54 sealing protects against dust ingress and water splashes for consistent reliability. A water drop sensor automatically detects wetness and triggers a protection mode that guides the robot to safe zones and minimises electrical risks. Combined with audible and visual warnings, climbing ability and proactive rain avoidance, the MT1 Max can handle any challenge.
