Ultra-large capacity cabin for maximum efficiency
With a 120-litre capacity and 60 kg load capacity distributed across four spacious trays, the HolaBot transports significantly more goods per trip than standard delivery robots. The adjustable trays (each with a capacity of up to 15 kg) can be flexibly adapted to different load sizes – from stacks of dishes to medical supplies to industrial parts.
Pager function for spontaneous order placement
The HolaBot supports the pager function via 4G watches or the Pudu app. Employees can call the robot at any time and from anywhere and assign it tasks – for maximum flexibility in hectic day-to-day business. The central NFC technology with NFC sticker cards also enables fast, contactless call processes directly on site.
‘Hola Hola’ voice control for touchless operation
The omnidirectional 6-microphone array enables the HolaBot to locate sound sources in real time and intelligently turn towards the person speaking. With the patented ‘Hola Hola’ voice recognition module, employees can control the robot without contact – ideal for hygiene-critical environments or when hands are busy.
IPX5 waterproof interior cabin protects against spills

The two-part battery system provides 12 hours of continuous runtime each. With timely charging and battery replacement, the HolaBot can remain in use around the clock – without interruptions due to charging times. A full charge takes only 4.5 hours.

The HolaBot recognises gestures such as waving or stop signals and reacts accordingly. This intuitive control option complements voice and touch operation for maximum user-friendliness in a wide range of application scenarios.

In restaurants, the HolaBot transports large quantities of crockery, food and drinks between the kitchen, washing-up area and tables. Its enormous load capacity of 60 kg allows it to transport several orders at once, which significantly improves table rotation and reduces waiting times.
In hotels, the HolaBot takes care of room service and delivers towels, amenities, laundry or orders directly to the rooms. Its large loading capacity allows it to supply several rooms at once in a single trip.
